Vegetarian Salad Dressings

We are in summer and the desire to eat fresh and undercooked foods sometimes leads us to repeat dressings on our salads. We propose here some variety so that you can enjoy eating while giving nutrients to your body. Dressing umeboshi

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon umeboshi vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon concentrated apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint very thin

Vegetarian vinaigrette

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar of Modena
  • 1 small teaspoon honey
  • 1 small teaspoon Tamari

Tamari sauce

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Tamari
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar of Modena

Pesto sauce

  • 1 parsley leaves
  • 1 bunch basil leaves
  • 100g of raw pine nuts
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Benefits of vegetarian salad dressing rooms

  • The word umeboshi means plum hydrated. It’s a sort of apricot. The Umeboshi contains twice as much protein, minerals and fat than other fruits.
