Today we celebrate the Healthy world’s Day. And in Gran Explorador we believe there are lots of ways to celebrate and have made a list so you can see and decide to do your best.
- Enjoy a nice fruit juice, one proposal is to mix strawberries, bananas and ginger is an excelent combination and ideal for those days with temperatures changes!
- Walk a while in a park area
- Use a healthiest transport than usually. If you take the car, use the public transport and if you already do ti, maybe use the bike or go walking.
- Turn of the heater and put on a jumper.
- Drink water during the whole day
- Turn off the mobile from 19h on.
7. Light candles instead of the light
- Prepare yourself a meal with legums, vegetables and fresh fruit
- Practice your favourite sport
- Wash those things that are urgent … and do it by hand
- Wash the dishes by hand
- Try to clean the dishes with kitchen paper instead of using products
- Live a day without plastic
- Stop by and smell some flowers
- Prepare a meal far away from computers, cities and noise
- Enjoy a meal withou salt, there are lots of smelly seeds really tasty
