Today we celebrate the Healthy world’s Day. And in Gran Explorador we believe there are lots of ways to celebrate and have made a list so you can see and decide to do your best.

  1. Enjoy a nice fruit juice, one proposal is to mix strawberries, bananas and ginger is an excelent  combination and ideal for those days with temperatures changes!

  1. Use a healthiest transport than usually. If you take the car, use the public transport and if you already do ti, maybe use the bike or go walking.

7. Light candles instead of the light
